What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. I've received a defective item. What should I do?
Sorry for sending you a defective item*! Please email with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn and unaltered in original packaging. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued. *Minor variations in measurement (within 1cm ) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

Is there an expiry date?
Each Gift Voucher carries a one year validity, and is non-refundable and exchangeable. If not redeemed within this timeframe, its value will be forfeit.

Yes, all the watches come with one year warranty on the movement and battery.
This warranty become void in the event any person not duly authorized or its representatives attempted to repair the claimed defect.
